Welcome to our new client portal. We are working hard to make life easy on you so we are rolling out a new client portal that will allow you to update your credit card information and pay your monthly hosting, domain names and other services automatically and securely.
To begin the process you will receive an invitation from the accounting software. If you don’t receive an invitation just let us know and we will send you a new one.
Accept the Invite using the link titled Accept Invitation. That will take you to a password screen where you are prompted to create a password.
Once you generate a password you will be taken to the login screen. This screen is also available from our website under Client Portal in the main menu.
The home screen shows the last invoices you paid and your outstanding balances.
On the Transactions screen you can view the status of all the invoices and estimates you have received.
You can choose to pay any invoice by clicking on the Pay Now button, select the type of payment.
Then enter the details. If this payment is for your monthly hosting you need to click the button for Use this card for future transactions.
You can even print out statements of all the activity on your account.
