FAQ

What does a simple website design cost?

The cost of a simple (one page) website design without eCommerce is $500. For many people that is more than enough. You still get all the great premium features with our hosting and maintenance packages.

Do I have to pay for extra for images on my website?

No, all images you need we either purchase for you or you provide. Many clients like us to use their own images. But, some would rather allow us to find good images.

We always purchase royalty-free images for your website.

Are your websites responsive?

Absolutely. We have great tools to allow us to make your website responsive. We can use the natural responsiveness available, right out-of-the-box, or we can build a completely different view for your mobile website.

Do you do SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?

We optimize every page for a single keyword phrase. That means that every page gets a great grade for the use of a single phrase.

To get a great grade for a keyword phrase we  use the phrase for 2% of the words on the page, but no more. We also use the phrase on at least one image on the page and we try to include 300 words on a page.

We do not perform keyword research for your product.

Why do you use WordPress?

We believe in the WordPress open-source project.

WordPress is developed by a collection of contributors. Open-source projects are typically free, with large communities. The users who take part in this community are  beta testers or simple brand advocates.

WordPress is at an advantage due to its blogging roots. It is known for having SEO built in. In fact, WordPress automatically generates title tags and meta descriptions for all of your pages and posts.

Do you have a staff?

I do not have “employees”, but I do have many people that help keep things running and contribute their expertise.

John Pierce, of Trunk Masters, manages the servers of the websites I host. He has over a dozen years experience and has been a valuable resource.

I have on part-time maintenance person who is local helping with on-going changes and several people I use from Upwork to help with other maintenance tasks as needed.
